Hello, I write this site

I did not come to supply chain through a lecture hall but through a warehouse: days spent counting stock by hand, reconciling numbers that refused to match, and wondering why something that should be simple was this tangled.

Years later I realised that most problems at Vietnamese companies are not caused by missing tools or missing theory. The problem is that supply chain knowledge is mostly written for large corporations, while most of the people who need it are ten-person teams with a spreadsheet.

This site is an attempt to close that gap. I rewrite what I have learned in a way that a third-year student or a founder packing boxes can both read and put to use the next day.

How I write

• Data first, opinion second
  Every recommendation here comes from data or from a situation I went through myself.
• Written for real scale
  No advice here assumes a million-dollar ERP or a ten-person department.
• Nothing held back
  The most useful material stays free. The course and consulting go deeper — they are not the part I withheld.
